Questions
Can I keep WaiverFile until my plan ends?
Yes. Waiveon signs new waivers from the day it is installed, and the waivers already signed stay in WaiverFile. The two can run side by side until the WaiverFile plan ends.
What happens to the waivers signed in WaiverFile?
Download them before you cancel. WaiverFile's archive exports every signed waiver as a PDF in one zip file, and WaiverFile keeps an account's data for 30 days after cancellation. The files are yours to keep. Waiveon's own records start on the day it is installed.
Does Waiveon need write access to my Shopify store?
No. It asks for two read-only permissions, orders and products. Waiveon reads orders from your Shopify store and connects it to nothing else.
Can a parent sign for several children?
Yes. A parent or guardian lists the minors in their group and signs once, on the same form.
What does Free include?
25 signings a month, the signing page with its QR code and website embed, sealed and timestamped records kept for ten years, and check-in by the code on each signed waiver.
